HACRO is delighted to announce that the first ever HACRO Achievement Awards will be held at 6.30pm on 31 May 2017 at the Council Chamber, Welwyn Hatfield Council, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE. The event will be sponsored by the High Sheriff 2017/18 Will Hobhouse and is intended to recognise the journey some offenders have made in turning their lives around. For some this may have involved overcoming addiction or homelessness, others may have achieved in education or vocational training or obtained and held a steady job for the first time.
HACRO could not provide its services without the willing support of many volunteers, so there will also be an award for volunteer commitment.
All the Awards will have sponsorship from different organisations and we are grateful to the Stefanou Foundation, Emmaus St Albans, the Rotary Clubs of Hatfield and Harpenden Village and others for their support.
